Woodson Martin is Chief Executive Officer of OutSystems, leading the company into its next chapter of AI-powered innovation and global growth.

Woodson is a customer-centric technology executive with nearly three decades of experience leading and scaling enterprise software businesses. He has held senior leadership roles across product, marketing, and go-to-market functions at global SaaS companies ranging from early-stage ventures to industry-defining platforms.

Most recently, Woodson served as EVP and General Manager of Salesforce AppExchange, the world's largest enterprise cloud marketplace. In this role, he led strategy and operations for a global ecosystem of ISVs and consulting partners, helping to accelerate innovation and drive growth across the Salesforce platform. During his tenure at Salesforce, he also served as Chief Marketing Officer for the EMEA region while based in London, where he built regional teams and strategies that fueled international expansion and brand leadership.

Earlier in his career, Woodson held global marketing and product leadership roles at Business Objects (acquired by SAP), a pioneer in business intelligence and analytics software. Based in Paris, he played a key role in the company's global positioning and product strategy, helping to drive adoption across a rapidly growing customer base in Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.

Woodson is known for building high-performing teams, developing ecosystem-driven growth strategies, and driving operational excellence. His leadership style combines strategic vision with hands-on execution and a strong focus on customer success.

Woodson is also deeply committed to volunteering and community engagement. He serves on the board of several non-profits and a local government agency in California. He sponsors the Madison Center for Civic Engagement at his alma-mater, JMU in Virginia, to encourage and enable a next generation of leaders to engage in constructive dialog across differences.

Kim Seabrook is responsible for driving growth at OutSystems, leading global go-to-market strategy and operations, scaling the sales organization, and inspiring the customer and partner communities to build what's next with OutSystems.

Kim is a growth-driven revenue leader with more than 30 years of experience in enterprise sales and 16 years in executive leadership. Most recently, Kim led North American Enterprise Revenue at Shopify, where she built and scaled Enterprise revenues to become a key growth engine for the company. Prior to Shopify, Kim held senior revenue leadership roles at Pendo and Salesforce.

Known for her ability to align GTM strategy, culture, and execution, Kim has guided global teams through major transformations, leveraging AI, data, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver predictable, scalable growth. Her leadership style blends operational rigor with empathy and purpose—creating high-performing, values-driven teams that deliver impact for both customers and the business.

Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UNC Chapel Hill. She is passionate about culture-building, inclusion, and social impact, with long-standing volunteer commitments focused on disaster recovery, community rebuilding, and education initiatives worldwide.

Fay Sien Goon is the Chief Financial Officer at OutSystems, where she oversees the company's global financial operations, planning, and strategy. A veteran of the SaaS and enterprise software industries, Fay Sien brings over 20 years of financial and accounting expertise in scaling high-growth technology organizations and driving operational excellence.

Prior to joining OutSystems, Fay Sien served as the Chief Financial Officer at AppFolio, a leading technology provider to the real estate industry. During her tenure, she was a key architect of the company's financial strategy, helping to navigate a period of significant expansion, innovation in AI-driven solutions, and disciplined margin growth.

Fay Sien also spent nearly a decade at ServiceNow during its transformative growth years. As Chief Accounting Officer, she led the global accounting and finance functions as the company scaled past a $5B+ revenue run-rate.

Fay Sien holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Delta State University and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Alabama. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

As Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) at OutSystems, Luis Blando spearheads OutSystems product development and technology strategies, further strengthening the company's position as a pioneer in the convergence of low-code application development and generative AI.

With over 25 years of experience in building high-productivity cultures and extensive experience in security, analytics, agile transformation, and development of cutting-edge cloud software strategies, Luis brings a proven track record of product innovation and transformational leadership. Prior to joining OutSystems, Luis served as SVP & GM of the Security Products Group for Proofpoint, where he managed the company's largest product family, core email security, accounting for $800M+ in revenue and led a team of 650 employees globally. Prior to Proofpoint, Luis was SVP of Engineering at McAfee Corp (MCFE) and prior to McAfee, Luis created the Argentina Software Development Center by Intel (INTC) which was a five-time recipient of Argentina's most prestigious high-tech award, the Sadosky Award.

Luis holds Master's degrees in Management from MIT Sloan and in Computer Science from Northeastern University and the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. He also holds a dual Master's and Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the Catholic University of Córdoba, Argentina.

Kris Lande is Chief Marketing Officer of OutSystems, where she leads global marketing strategy and brand growth. With more than two decades of experience driving marketing for high-growth SaaS companies, Kris brings deep expertise in product marketing, category creation, and community-led growth. Before joining OutSystems, Kris spent over 13 years at Salesforce, where she led teams across product marketing, developer relations, and Trailhead. Earlier in her career, she led marketing at Escapia, a SaaS startup later acquired by Expedia. Kris holds a degree in Business Administration and International Business from Washington State University.

Mark Quigley joined OutSystems as Chief People Officer in June of 2022. As CPO, Mark's top priority is supporting the Company's growing team around the world with a focus on career energy and advancement, company engagement, and operational efficiency.

As a seasoned enterprise-technology executive, who has spent more than 20 years guiding organizations through rapid growth and transformation, Mark is responsible for leading HR and change management strategy for the OutSystems team across 13 offices and a growing global, hybrid workforce.

Prior to OutSystems, Mark has held leadership positions at EMC, Nuance, Acoustic, and PTC. In various leadership roles over two decades at EMC, Mark was SVP of HR, where he led talent acquisition, and leadership and employee development. Mark also served as the Executive Sponsor for the company's diversity and women leadership forums.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance at Babson College.

Tiago joined OutSystems as Chief Information Officer in September 2019 and is responsible for leading the Digital Team to build a world class business architecture that secures a frictionless Customer Experience and enables the Organisation's growth ambition.

Tiago merges a fundamental understanding of business, technology and new ways of working, establishing Digital as a central part of the Organisation. He has 20+ years of experience, the first 10 in Management Consulting with Accenture and the latter as a CIO across bluechip companies in several countries including online, publishing and broadcast media environments (Impresa), Telecommunications (Vodafone, NOS, Portugal Telecom, Orange), High Tech and Energy (REN) where he has led large scale digital transformations. Tiago is a recognised thought leader in his field and has advised other CIO's on their Digital and Transformation strategies. He is a driven and inspiring Leader passionate about building high performing Teams who exceed expectations.

Tiago holds a Computer Science degree from Instituto Superior Técnico and an Advanced Management Program from Universidade Católica Portuguesa/Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University).

June has extensive experience leading change management and advising technology companies, ranging from Fortune 50 to privately-held organizations, on a broad range of business and legal matters.

Prior to OutSystems, Duchesne was Chief Legal Officer for Inovalon, a cloud-based platform provider in the healthcare industry. She also held senior leadership positions at Dell Technologies and EMC Corporation.

She is a graduate of Columbia Law School.

Mariana Quintanilha is Chief of Staff to the CEO at OutSystems. She supports the CEO in strategic planning and operational execution, working closely with senior leaders to drive alignment and ensure effective execution across the organization.

She leads the company's V2MOM-based planning process, helping translate strategic priorities into coordinated action across teams and initiatives. She has been with OutSystems for over 15 years, holding multiple roles within the Office of the CEO and contributing to the company's growth as it scaled globally.

Mariana holds a degree in Political Science and a postgraduate degree in Management from NOVA School of Business and Economics. Prior to OutSystems, she worked at the Portuguese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and in the Japanese Embassy in Lisbon.

Chikara Teshima is the President and Representative Director of OutSystems Japan, where he is responsible for driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and accelerating enterprise digital transformation.

A seasoned technology executive, Chikara Teshima brings decades of global leadership and management experience spanning Sales, Engineering, Channel, Marketing, and Supply Chain. With a proven track record of scaling global enterprise software giants within the Japanese market, he previously served as the President of SAS Institute Japan and VP of APAC & EMEA Emerging. He has also held senior leadership roles at global technology companies including Microsoft, Salesforce, and Hewlett-Packard.

With deep specialization in sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, Life Sciences, and the Public Sector, Chikara Teshima is passionate about bridging advanced global technology with Japan's unique market demands. Empowering Japanese organizations to win on the global stage through human-centric innovation, he develops high-value enterprise developers to modernize legacy infrastructure, simplify complex environments, and bring order to AI chaos—transforming AI and agentic systems into mission-critical enterprise applications.
