This project focused on evolving an internal B2E theme ecosystem into a mobile context, ensuring a consistent and seamless digital experience across stores, management, and functional areas. The team developed reusable components and sample screens to accelerate adoption and standardize implementation. We partnered closely with design to keep the experience consistent while addressing specific requirements. By focusing on responsiveness, accessibility, and reusable components, we delivered a solution that is scalable, efficient, and built to last.

We developed a new Field Service mobile app and Customer Portal for Hoist, designed to align seamlessly with their business goals while modernizing the way their teams operate. The solution improves operational efficiency, streamlines field service processes, and delivers a smoother, more transparent experience for end-users. Built with early adopters in mind, the platform provides immediate value, enabling Hoist to validate, refine, and scale its digital service offering with confidence.

The project aimed to address technical debt in Vopak’s UI components by creating a solid and scalable architecture. A design system with over 150 reusable components was developed to ensure consistency, maintainability, and performance across applications. The team provided continuous support to developers, aligning the style guide with design, conducting code reviews, and improving implementation practices. As a result, UI bugs were reduced, development speed increased, and user experience consistency was significantly improved over the course of the engagement.

In this project for Riviera Partners, we developed two new OS UI components, based on a modern and updated design, optimized for desktop with responsive behavior. The first component involved a redesign of the filters used to support the search in the Reports area, making these processes faster, more intuitive, and more efficient. The second component focused on the redesign of the side menu, improving navigation and overall user experience. Both components brought significant improvements in usability and performance, contributing to a smoother and more satisfying experience for end users.
