OutSystems Developer School aims to certify professionals in the OutSystems technology to increase their career opportunities within our growing global ecosystem of partners and customers. It consists of a two weeks training, with free access to a professional certification exam and the opportunity to network with OutSystems' customers and partners who are hiring. OutSystems will process the personal data you provide to apply to the OutSystems Developer School for purposes of this project and also for recruitment ones (i.e. contact details and information related with your experiences and CV). You can always contact dpo@outsystems.com, and ask for information about the processing of your personal data and exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, data portability, restriction of processing, right to object and the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, as long as the legal requirements of articles 15 to 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation are met. Also, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To be provided with more information regarding the processing of your personal data, in particular regarding subcontractors acting as processors that can have access you your personal data (on OutSystems behalf), data retention periods and further explanation as the purposes and legal grounds to process your personal data, please consult OutSystems Privacy Policy at https://www.outsystems.com/legal/terms-of-use/privacy-statement/. Your personal data might be processed for purposes of sending job offers and contacts regarding job interviews. Such processing of personal data is based on the legitimate interests ground of OutSystems to fill job vacancies and find the best candidates. Such interests are not overridden by any of your interests or rights since there is not a risk of significant harm, such interests are likely to align with your interests. OutSystems will delete your personal data after a period of four years. If you want it to be done sooner, you can contact OutSystems at any time and request the deletion of your personal data. If you give us your consent, we will transfer relevant personal data to our Partners and Customers, so that they can send you job offers and contact you regarding job interviews. From the moment they receive your personal data, they will be responsible for the processing of it (acting as controllers to the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation).
