  N-ACA (New @ ACA) is de interactieve onboardingtool van ACA Group, ontwikkeld om nieuwe medewerkers stap voor stap te begeleiden tijdens hun eerste weken in de organisatie. De webapplicatie maakt gebruik van een ruimtevaartthema, waarbij nieuwe medewerkers worden voorgesteld als ruimtevaarders die hun eigen shuttle opbouwen. Elke stap in het proces staat symbool voor een belangrijk aspect van ACA’s werking, zoals het aanvragen van accounts, het gebruik van interne tools en het kennismaken met de bedrijfscultuur. - Centrale informatiebron - Rode draad door het proces: De tool biedt houvast in een periode met veel nieuwe indrukken en maakt het traject duidelijk en gestructureerd. - Rolgebaseerde content: Informatie is afgestemd op de functie van de medewerker, zodat de inhoud direct relevant is. - Gefaseerde informatievoorziening - Verwijzingen naar documentatie - Herbruikbaarheid: informatie blijft beschikbaar, ook na de start

  To streamline the onboarding experience and make it more efficient and engaging, we decided to build an end-to-end solution with OutSystems that automates the process and makes it fun and entertaining through a comprehensive platform with gamification and a dedicated universe. The platform is composed by a web back-office used to: - Manage new employees and send invites - Define and manage onboarding paths with a flexible modular approach - Follow-up individual onboarding progress - See various metrics and insights including feedback capture An onboarding experience front-end website that: - Delivers a real user experience set in a dedicated universe - Provides a fun way to get started as new employee - Goes the extra mile to motivate and make it engaging through points, achievements and gamification - A cherry on the top with a real life event set in the same universe Making the start at ACA Group a unique experience.

  The Enforcement Team (Handhaving) was using multiple standalone apllications to manage the enforcement cases and all on-site controles. The team delivered a complete end-to-end case management platform with ODC integrated with SSO, SharePoint, PostgreSQL and Governmental services to manage the whole lifecycle of an Enforcement Case including on-site Terrain Controles and audit logging. Resulting in an improved work efficiency, single source of truth and increased data quality. The first MVP already covered about 70% of the full scope and included data migration of the previous tools.
