  The application is used to track and manage the lifecycle of the disputed invoices between the Amplifon Shops and the Finance HQ. The application includes the following features: - disputed invoices data import from a 3rd party software - automatic selection of the solution for each issue linked to the invoice by the 3rd party software - management of the solutions DB - integration with Amplifon's Oracle DB - export of the OutSystems DB data for further data analysis - in-application communication system between the shop employees and the Finance HQ

  The application implements Amplifon's approval process required before the final supplier registration to the available suppliers' list in Amplifon's Oracle DB. The application workflow includes the participation of three different roles in several approval steps. The application was needed as the previous process was unstructured and based on emails and phone calls. The main features of the application are: - Live search of registered suppliers - Creation of new supplier registration requests - Input of supplier data, including different branches - Execution of different approval steps carried out by different roles - Email notification of the process steps results - Integration with Oracle to retrieve information and to write the supplier data for the final registration
