The largest Icelandic labour union had an outdated homemade system which was the beating heart of their core operations. It needed to be replaced and OutSystems chosen as the platform to do so. The new CRM system handles all customer related things, such as customer info, member fees, calculations of various rights in relations to union laws, including grants and re-education, and shows status of various services provided for their members.

Isavia Shift Rapport System is used by air traffic controller to relay important information between relevant stakeholders during shift changes.

Veitur Utilities uses OutSystems to accelerate software development with the goal of making their operations more efficient. The first solution was Security & Prevention mobile app for staff to assess areas before undertaking certain projects. Plenty more solutions to optimize operations have followed.

The VIRK information system for vocational rehabilitation, is at the heart of all the company's operations. It oversees the entire process of personal rehabilitation. The system is very comprehensive and extends to all stakeholders. It has websites (My pages) for various groups that require different functionality and access to the service, e.g. doctors.
