A digital solution supporting the Certificate of International Learning (CIL) process at HVL. It includes a mobile app for students and a desktop application for staff. The solution guides students through the entire journey—from exploring eligible international activities to receiving a certificate that is added to their HVL diploma. This functionality is a part of the 'HVL Utveksling' app, available on both the App Store and Google Play.
Significant improvements of Kompis, the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences' system for organisational competence mapping and planning: Among the upgrades, we have a complete renewal of the data model, form submissions and integrations to collect data on experience and competence, covering both employees' and the organisation's needs for reporting, overview and visibility. The interface and user experience have been significantly enhanced, including an advanced search to find colleagues with specific competencies and configurable profile fields for external profiling. Over the past year we also replaced several data sources to improve data quality, refined the authentication flow, added API integrations for extended publication metadata, enabled export of competence data to Excel and via API for Power BI, and carried out maintenance and optimisations to strengthen stability and performance.
Norges Forskningsråd - Case Management system - Continuous delivery 2024 The Norwegian Research Council’s aim is to promote a society where research is created, used and shared. The Research Council is the Norwegian government's agency that funds research and innovation projects. They are rebuilding their core case management system on OutSystems, redesigning the user journeys for both applicants, case handlers and most of their employees. In the first phase of the project a complete redesign of user journeys, business processes and data models have been in focus, resulting in a new framework for case management being built on the OutSystems platform. In the second phase several key building blocks of the system have been built & released. External users have been onboarded to the platform to apply for funds, as well as internal users for case handling and project follow-up. The functionality is being expanded and built upon.

Among the upgrades, we have a complete renewal of the data model, form submissions, and integrations to collect data on experience and competence, covering both the employees' and the organization's needs for reporting, overview, and visibility. Other improvements include a significant general enhancement of the interface and user experience, an advanced search function that allows employees to find colleagues with specific competencies, and the ability to configure which profile information is forwarded to the university's website for external profiling.
