  The Performance Management Cycle required enhancements in its evaluation cycles by integrating the Values Model and fine-tuning the weighting system for Goals and Values. Additionally, adjustments were made to the categorization scheme within the Scale's Taxonomy. The updated Performance cycle is now capable of appraising not only Competences but also the newly defined Values, this enables employees to be evaluated across a multidimensional spectrum, providing a more comprehensive and nuanced assessment.
