This system is for managing temporary workers. It connects the client company and the dispatching company through a single cloud system, allowing for centralized management of everything from checking contract details and attendance information to managing invoices.

This is a dashboard system that allows managers to easily understand the attendance status of employees at their workplace today.

We have built a special attendance management system that incorporates both the rules in accordance with the Labor Standards Act and the rules established by the labor union. The operating costs of the existing system were increasing day by day, making it difficult to respond to changes. Since the unit wage, premium rate, and allowances change depending on the work location, work content, weather, time of day, and the previous day's work situation, general attendance management tools could not handle this, so we restructured the system using OutSystems. We reviewed the system from the start, obtained feedback from users, and responded by reviewing the labor rules themselves, which received great praise in terms of both user satisfaction and operational efficiency. By building with OutSystems, we were able to smoothly handle system modifications and reduce costs.

We built a system to comprehensively manage personnel costs, which were calculated differently for each department. The company manages approximately 15,000 employees and more than 300 departments. Personnel costs, which were previously fixed monthly, are now automatically calculated on a daily basis and can be viewed across departments. By linking the master information necessary for payroll calculations and attendance information to OutSystems, we make it possible to calculate personnel expenses including incidental expenses such as social insurance. Performance was an issue due to the handling of large amounts of data, but we took advantage of OutSystems' ability to seamlessly release data and brush up the system repeatedly to improve the overall performance. Although there are still issues to be solved, compared to the old method, the system matches business operations more than 95% of the time, and we are now able to provide the latest information to the departments.
