Customer management console for on-premise infrastructure-as-a-service offering to end customers. Allows monitoring of IT consumption, trend analysis, capacity upgrade and provisioning requests.
Appointment Scheduling System allows users to check availability and schedule appointments with service providers, choosing time and location and providing mandatory booking information. Automated email and text message confirmation and reminders are sent prior to the appointment. Users can cancel or reschedule as required. Service Providers can view their schedule, rearrange appointments, mark and confirm attendance as well as enter their availability for future slots. Admins have a full reporting suite that shows provider utilisation, slot consumption, attendance statistics and much more. Admins can create new locations, timeslots, providers and manage existing bookings.

As demand for transparency in the telecom market increases, ILR has launched a portal app that allows consumers to easily compare available offers in Luxembourg. This tool helps users find the best deal that meets their needs at the most competitive price. The application consists of three main components: - Backend portal for operators: Enables operators to register all their offers. - Backend portal for ILR: Allows ILR to manage operators and generate reports. - Frontend portal for consumers: Provides access to smart comparison features, enabling users to compare different offers and operators. Designed with accessibility in mind, the application complies with the WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines to ensure an inclusive user experience.
