Veldsink Group, a leading financial services company with more than 1,400 employees and 425,000 customers, has launched a pilot for its VCN VVE Package, designed specifically for homeowners' associations. The package includes six insurance products and streamlines the quotation process from creation to PDF generation. Currently, four offices are actively participating, with 87 quotes issued and 18 already approved within one month. The pilot has shown that quotation generation can be faster, simpler and more flexible, significantly reducing manual work. The development team consisted of 2 HSO OutSystems developers and two internal developers who were new to OutSystems. In about 3 months their training was completed, the foundation was laid for a broader OutSystems program and the first successful App was a fact.
