TRAMOIA is the digital services platform of the Department of Culture of Catalonia, built with OutSystems to accelerate end‑to‑end service delivery. It unifies reusable components, certified connectors, and common data models to ensure fast development, strong interoperability, and consistent governance across all digital services. Integrated with core Generalitat systems such as GICAR, PICA, VALID, ESPAIDOC and SharePoint, TRAMOIA supports key initiatives like BAULA, cultural asset registers, film programming and heritage workflows. Managed through a dedicated Technical Office, the platform ensures quality, security, lifecycle management and alignment with CTTI’s Low‑Code architecture standards—making it a strategic foundation for scalable, modern and citizen‑centric digital services.

Estruturada em módulos de criação, entrada, consulta e gestão de destinos, a solução assegura rastreabilidade, flexibilidade e controlo dos fluxos, promovendo eficiência, transparência e colaboração na troca de informações internas.

Client wanted to modernize a legacy application used to manage the commercial campaigns and budget of the sales force. New functionalities included a dynamic calendar to visualize the campaigns for each client and the respective product lines associated, this was a must in the requirements to improve the reporting and budget control required. Key benefits 1. Better visualization of the campaigns by period of time 2. Client segmentation to analyze sales performance and metrics 3. Business Unit and product segmentation for easier reporting and KIP accomplishment Solution Starting point to address the solution was the definition of requirement promoting design thinking sessions. New UX/UI was created for a more intuitive and easy to use application. Key futures required by client included: 1. Dynamic calendar 2. Copy/Paste information from the existing Excel file use to manage the budget 3. Add automatic information extracting data from email communications

We delivered a document production tool, including all associated control flows for efficient management and consultation. We developed a consulting and viewing module for different kind of documents (invoices, letters, etc.), as well as create a module for auditing document queries, creating, modifying and deleting users.
