  CensViu is a digital service within the TRAMOIA platform designed to manage the census of cultural entities and organizations. Built with OutSystems, it standardizes how entities submit, update and validate their institutional data, ensuring consistency, traceability and alignment with CTTI’s corporate architecture. The system centralizes forms, document uploads, data validation and review workflows, enabling the Department of Culture to maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date and auditable registry. As part of the TRAMOIA ecosystem, CensViu reuses transversal components such as authentication, document management and data governance, delivering a modern, efficient and secure digital service for cultural census management.

  BAULA is the digital service that manages the “Lletres a les Aules” program, enabling authors to visit schools across the Catalan linguistic domain. Built on the TRAMOIA platform using OutSystems, it digitizes the full annual workflow: authors register their works, schools submit requests, and an automated algorithm assigns each author to the most suitable school based on predefined criteria. The system also manages acceptance flows, visit scheduling, evaluations and payment processing. BAULA integrates seamlessly with corporate systems such as GICAR, PICA, VALID, ESPAIDOC and SFTP, ensuring secure, efficient and transparent operations for both the Department of Culture and participating institutions.
