The objective of this engagement is to develop a Contract Management System for fleet customers who were facing challenges like long lead time for changes, security risk and technical debt due to legacy platform. The aim is to create a platform where retailers can create a contract for fleet customers following multi stage approvals from OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). The resulting application provides an intuitive platform for retailers to create contracts with efficiency with OEM approvals and functions like PDF generation and email notifications built in. It also provides an analytical dashboard for better view of contract stages and enabling quick users actions.
