  This project focused on establishing a standardized and scalable foundation for application development within the client’s organization. A comprehensive corporate design system was defined and implemented to align the look and feel of all applications with the company’s branding guidelines. This ensures a consistent user experience across digital solutions while reinforcing the organization’s visual identity. In addition, a reference architecture framework was created to guide development teams in designing and building applications using OutSystems. This framework promotes consistency, reusability, and alignment with enterprise architecture principles. To further support the client’s maturity, a set of best practices and development guidelines was defined, covering key areas such as architecture, development standards, performance, and governance. These artifacts were designed to enable the creation of a Center of Excellence (CoE).
