Fresenius Kabi, a globally operating healthcare company, produces essential medicinal products and technologies. Quality assurance is maintained by a standardized global Supplier Quality Management (SQM) system which replaces a site-specific “Approved Vendor Lists” (AVL). The solution is based on SAP master data and integrates specific workflows, a role-based authorization model and a document management system (DMS). Technically, two low-code applications - Master Data Management and SQM - were developed, utilizing reusable components and creating new reusable components. The web-based application improves transparency and reduces error rate and manual effort. Users hold it in high esteem due to its usability and efficiency. Additional features, such as auditing and quality agreement management, are already planned.

In production in general, but especially in the pharmaceutical industry, sustainability is playing an increasingly important role. PICA has created a sustainability solution on behalf of a customer that provides our customer with a better overview of their (potential) savings in CO2 emissions, Water consumption and other environmental parameters. Each production site tracks its actions to achieve savings. The measures are evaluated and particularly successful ones are also proposed to the other production sites. The goal is to save 50% of CO2 emissions and to significantly simplify the necessary reporting

LIME ist eine Web - Applikation, die es Gebäudeeigentümern und Investoren ermöglicht, die ESG-Konformität ihrer Immobilien zu managen und kontinuierlich darüber zu berichten. Dabei steht einerseits das Kundenerlebnis rund um die Themen ESG Forecast, Reporting und Management im Vordergrund, andererseits eine Effizienzsteigerung der eigenen Leistungserbringung und Kundenbindung. Durch die Digitalisierung von Teilprozessen und Synergien zwischen Einzellösungen: Dashboard (für Kunden): Ein webbasiertes Front-End für Kunden zur Anzeige von der ESG-Daten neu zu entwickeln ist. Es dient dem Kunden zum Reporting, Management und Forecasting, wobei die aktiven Steuerungsmöglich sich auf die rein zeitliche Implementierung von Einzelmaßnahmen beziehen.
