The Licensing Portal is a system that helps manage client and project information while simplifying the licensing process. Clients fill out questionnaires, and their answers are automatically mapped to the correct fields in license PDF forms, reducing manual data entry. This makes it easier for clients to provide information once and helps the Customer’s users process licenses more efficiently.

Module to integrate digital signatures into the leasing request process, adhering to the requirements established by Mexican laws. Throughout the process, the system manages the signatures required from the client, ensuring they are obtained digitally through an external service. This development includes automatic validation of the list of signers to avoid duplicates, and once the signatures are completed, the documents are uploaded directly to the client’s unique file.

Application designed to manage the validations required in the process of releasing leasing requests. The system performs automatic validations across various applications to ensure that the necessary data and documents are in place before proceeding with the release. With a single click on the corresponding button, all the actions and tasks needed to release the request are executed automatically. Although these tasks and actions were already being carried out, several adjustments to the existing process were necessary to adapt it to the new requirements and ensure efficient functionality.
