Development, programming, and implementation of workflows, as well as data and process migration to the new case management platform Nortear, an OutSystems-based solution designed to replace and modernize the current case and workflow management system, now in its final stage of development and implementation.

• Objectives: This application aims to record, at the end of each journey carried out, by the driver and monitoring agent, all relevant events of the journey carried out and of the equipment/vehicle and then synchronize these records with the Driver Management WEB application. • Description of needs: Record and consult the necessary information associated with the journey and the use of vehicles, such as: • Identification of driver and monitoring agent to the CCO; • Driving record on the section; • Record of itineraries/sections traveled in the driving role (drivers and monitoring agents), dates and train number; • Consultation of the scheduled journey; • Record of vehicle anomalies (to make the on-board technical logbook digital and more useful and available); • Final evaluation of parameters of the journey carried out.

• Objectives: The aim is to replace the current incident registration form and create a database and tool for recording, managing and resolving incidents. Security • Description of needs: Recording of incidents within the security scope, currently carried out by the Security Center, classification, evidence of treatment and reports. Improvement and evolution of the Security Center's activity in relation to incidents, adapting the activity to the demands of evolving activities. Creation of a database with processable information, which can be made available to the organization, and which can be adapted for future connection to the Security Incident Management System and Operational Risk Management System (both within the scope of the SGS). As a result of the tool, Infraestruturas de Portugal will immediately benefit from the guarantee of control over the treatment of the causes of incidents.

The Municipality of Santa Maria da Feira seeks a web-based case and workflow management platform that: Integrates with internal and external systems (GIS, municipal portal, accounting, treasury, single desk, online payments, digital authentication/signature, Office, CAD, PDF-A). Provides a modern, responsive, multi-channel interface, accessible without local installation. Supports online and in-person services, including submission/consultation of requests and full document management (compilation, stamps, history). Enables BPM-based workflow modeling and management, with deadlines, extensions, inter-process dependencies, reports, and indicators. Ensures security, logging, and long-term autonomy without proprietary lock-in. Offers a central console for monitoring, configuration, and dashboards to support decision-making.
