CV Tool allows to manage employees' experience and expertise and use it to add value to new bids and proposals through standardized CVs.

- Data entry is standardised, using controled vocabulary pick lists
- CVs and application are bilingual (NL / EN)
- Search functionalities and filters are provided on numerous fields (location, technical skills, functional domains, language skills)
- Exported Word files can be modified to fit a particular bid requirement set
- Vocabulary control functionality for admin, who can approve or reject entries, map similar entries and edit if necessary
- CV creation embedded in onboarding process, making sure CVs of all employees are available.
