Cool Monitor
Solution Overview
Is your IT landscape functioning properly? Can applications handle peak loads? Are there performance issues? Monitoring allows you to see how your IT processes are performing.
Key Features
What’s in Cool Monitor?
Data ingestion
The Cool Monitor team helps pull all data into the Elastic database: OutSystems data and applications, but also external databases and other data important to the performance of your systems.

Discover
The component where all the logs of the environments can be found. The OutSystems specialists at CoolProfs have already figured out what data is needed here and how to import it.
This component is often used for Root Cause Analysis.

Dashboards
Kibana is used for visualization of all data. Cool Monitor comes with a number of dashboards specific to application monitoring. There are now 14 dashboards and more are being developed regularly.
Customization is always possible.

Observability
This component combines data from your servers with data from users. For example, you can see whether your websites or apps are performant enough and if errors occur.
Of course, reports and alerts are also possible and you can control SLOs. Alerting allows you set limits, or have Machine Learning do it for you, and receive alerts via mail, SMS, Teams or other methods.

Training
Members of the Cool Monitor team can provide training at your organization. This allows your team to make optimal use of the insights provided. Problems are solved even faster!
CoolProfs can manage and maintain the entire Cool Monitor solution for you.
Key Benefits
Cool Monitor: monitoring specifically for OutSystems
Every IT department wants insight into the performance of its systems. What is going well, but above all, which components are under stress? How do applications perform at peak loads and where are those error messages coming from anyway? A monitoring solution makes it transparent.
Standard monitoring solutions provide what you need for basic analysis. But what if you want faster, better and more insight into performance? And when you really want to put that information to work? Monitoring is an essential part of any innovative software development process, such as the CI/CD development pipeline. The more information you can retrieve, the better and faster you can react when something goes wrong.
Do you recognize these situations?
