On the first day of its release, more than 2,300 transactions, valued at over AED 57 Million were approved from the mobile app.

The information PwC had previously gathered allowed the team to separate the main iBusiness functional components into two large categories: User Portals and Administration Portals.
And using PwC's Design, Build and Manage approach, PwC focused on migrating each channel or portal independently, thereby providing a short time-to-market delivery. This resulted in a quick and efficient build of a fast, easy-to-use app that allows users to login, view account details, pay bills, manage beneficiaries, and initiate and approve over 50 different transaction types.
