Extended the Geur app with the ability to export the air measurements captured in the mobile app directly into Excel Macro files (Geur + Debiet&Stof). The CPRM Trade Capture application is a system for recording and storing derivative contract details between Heineken and counterparties (Banks). This covers a core function of the CPRM team who are responsible for commodity risk management for Heineken at a Global level. It replaces an Excel-based legacy system that had many flaws in terms of efficiency as well as governance. The application addresses those issues reducing the time taken to complete a trade as well as improving governance where there is separation of duties from those who execute the trades (CPRM) vs the ones who are responsible for verifying and approving them (Treasury). Unlike the Excel system, trades once entered into the database cannot be deleted or overwritten by mistake as data is protected. This application is therefore cross-functional and not only make CPRM processes more efficient but also improves accuracy for the global and opco treasury function who rely on this information for reporting and accounting
