
ITSM Application
The customer (financial services) was using a SaaS solution for their ITSM needs. The tool was not flexible enough to meet the customizations needed and also the TCO was a concern. Using OutSystems, a robust Case Management solution was developed. With this Case Management as a foundation, various ITSM modules such as - Incident Management - Service Request Management was created in Phase 1. The soultion will be extended to support other ITSM functions such as IT Asset Management, Change Management, CMDB etc in Phase 2. The Case Management is also being used in other support functions such as Customer support.
