Meant to be part of the omnichannel commerce for Wasco, it is built with the latest technology. It is integrated with the ordering processes. The application supports a local mode in which the customer doesn´t need to be connected to the network. It has integrations with third parties technologies. The application works for both Android and IOS.
The application provides a steady, structured methodology in Wasco's after sales processes. The project aims for integrated system support of issue handling in order to standardize the after sales processes, providing better communication with customer and contributes to less internal communication about whereabouts/status of their issues.
OrdersK purpose is to support the collection of ordered goods at Wasco’s 35 branches and keep a registry of it. It has been key in making the branches 100% paper free, thus contributing to Wasco’s digital transformation. UST’s role includes solution design, development and support in process assessment and modelling.
