Project aims to digitize the processing of requests for motor vehicles purchases of various requesting government entity. The streamlining and digitalization of the processing of requests aims to: a) Streamline the process of the submission of requests from requesting government entities for the acquisition of MVs to the Central Office (CO) or to the Regional Offices (ROs), up to the evaluation and approval of the same b) Prevent the submission of requests that lack supporting documents c) Provision for reports and dashboards for insights on all requests.

The project aims to streamline and enhance the onboarding process for RCBC ATM Go merchant applications, while enabling effective tracking and management of merchant data. The objectives are to improve the efficiency and turnaround time of merchant onboarding and to enable real-time monitoring and tracking of merchant application statuses.
