Gonçalo Gaiolas is Vice President of Product at OutSystems. In his role, Gonçalo oversees product and platform strategy as well as execution. In the past few years, Gonçalo has held a number of roles in areas related to Customer Experience, Customer Success, Digital Strategy, and Client Program Management. He is passionate about working directly with customers to help them achieve their desired outcomes, while at the same time infusing deep changes in how organizations work in the new digital age. Gonçalo is a Computer Science graduate from Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon and has a Management Certificate from the University of Berkeley.
