Rachel is a Technical Content Editor @OutSystems Engineering. She believes there's always a story to tell, and her goal is to get it to see the light of day. She helps her colleagues at engineering put into words the brilliant things they do. Research and communication are her passions and have been her professional focus for as long as she can remember. Rachel has been a technical writer, content writer/editor, and has recently added UX writing to her bag of tricks.
