ODC PortalでAOの使用状況がアセットごとに確認可能に

アプリケーションオブジェクト（AO）の使用状況が管理しやすくなりました。具体的には、アプリやライブラリがそれぞれ各ステージでどの程度AOを使用しているかを、ODCサブスクリプション内で把握できるようになりました。

今回のアップデートでは、以下の操作が可能になります。

Subscription領域で利用可能なAO総数を確認する
どのアプリケーションやライブラリがAOを消費しているかを監視する
ソフトウェアファクトリーのパフォーマンス最適化にあたり、データに基づいた意思決定を行う
