As part of our Agentic AI suite of services, AI Agent Experience Design is a design engagement focused on shaping how humans, agents, and systems work together, helping organizations move from an abstract problem to a clear and tangible future state vision.

As part of our Agentic AI suite of services, our OS AI Strategy Workshop is an OutSystems-focused, artificial intelligence (AI) strategy workshop designed to educate customers on the possibilities of AI with the platform, and to move from theory to value with a tactical plan in place to get started with your AI-powered project.

We support organizations with design services across the full product lifecycle: from defining a clear experience vision to full product UX, UI, and scalable design systems. Our focus is on creating practical, well-considered designs that teams can confidently build and evolve.

A visioning engagement focused on understanding and reimagining a business critical application to better support the complex, data-intensive process of institutional training grant management. Through user & stakeholder research & a comprehensive data ecosystem review, we identified key pain points related to manual data aggregation, fragmented systems, and reliance on institutional knowledge. The engagement resulted in a future-state vision and set of guiding principles aimed at improving data integration, streamlining workflows, enhancing data quality and visibility, and creating a more sustainable, scalable foundation for training grant reporting.

The Tax Accounting Portal was developed to centralize and streamline the City's tax refund and tax account transfer processes. Replacing fragmented, manual workflows that relied on emails, Google Sheets, and a legacy system, the solution introduced a centralized dashboard to improve intake, tracking, and task management.

The HITT Experience App is a dedicated mobile application packed for iOS which is used to communicate with employees and help manage training and onboarding. With integrations to Workday live data is brought in to notify users of key milestone dates as well as onboarding checklists, and training requirements. The app also has an office directory integrated with google maps as well as the ability to send push notifications as part of routine schedules or ad hoc. There is also a dedicate back office allowing the HR team to make changes as necessary without always requiring code changes.

Internal applications (Card Hub & Credit Card Onboarding) to respectively help Servus advisors assist members with managing services for their account and to apply for Servus MasterCard.
