Operational efficiency is dramatically boosted through increased data visibility, streamlined processes, reduced training time, and enhanced data integrity, all elevating the member experience.
A custom operational workflow application that manages internal orders, allocations, approvals, and downstream exports across Clarins' U.S. supply chain. Users coordinate activity and order requests, allocate to organizations and people, route approvals, and generate the exports that feed M3 and WMS. The application was enhanced through a series of projects ahead of Clarins' enterprise migration from AS400 to M3, including new internal order workflows (NYOSR, PT, and Launch), expanded allocation capabilities, refined approval logic, and updated integrations to support the new data model. A dedicated post-delivery support engagement followed go-live to stabilize the platform, triage issues, and protect operational confidence during the early weeks of the new enterprise stack.
