The RiskShield application handles file exchanges with an external application for a.s.r. and monitors the processing progress of these files via a web service. Only when a file has been fully processed and no errors have occurred/been found is the next file submitted. If an error is found, the processing team is notified by email so they can fix the file and submit the new file for processing.

In close collaboration with Floricode, we used an agile approach to implement a modern and future-proof Product Information Management (PIM) system that centralizes the product registration and coding process and replaces several existing legacy applications. A comprehensive, complex, and critical data migration was a key component of the project. The solution consists of a single, robust back office for managing and processing product, coding, and registration data, supplemented by three user-friendly front-ends for external users: a single customer portal and two fully responsive product search engines. The system supports the entire process, from product request and registration to coding, including the generation of complex distribution sets and reports, and seamless integration with existing OutSystems systems and external databases.

The pension indexation application facilitates the business process that enables employers to adjust their employees' pensions to account for inflation. Each year, employers are given the opportunity to apply a self-selected percentage to update pension values accordingly. A dossier is generated using existing employer data, and the application supports two distinct workflows: Standard Workflow - An offer is automatically generated based on the insured amounts provided for each employee. - The offer is then automatically sent to the employer. - The application processes the employer’s response. - The financial impact of the indexation is recorded in the backend system. Custom Workflow - The application guides users through the indexation process by enabling designated user groups to perform relevant tasks. - All actions taken are logged for audit purposes. - All related documents are registered and stored

We successfully delivered a Migration as a Service project for the Supreme Court, supporting them in a critical data migration from an older OutSystems environment to a new and more maintainable setup. The project aimed to ensure data integrity, continuity of operations, and improved long-term maintainability. Key highlights: - Migrated legacy data with full validation and minimal downtime - Ensured data quality through automated checks and manual verification - Enabled decommissioning of outdated infrastructure - Delivered a clean, future-proof environment for further development - Helped reduce technical debt and improve system maintainability - This migration allowed the client to move forward confidently with their modernization strategy.
