In de Discover & Design fase hebben we via interviews, workshops en validatiesessies het proces scherpgesteld en vertaald naar een concreet MVP. Dit resulteerde in een service blueprint, UX/UI-design en een heldere backlog als fundament voor ontwikkeling. Minder administratie, betere data De applicatie vermindert handmatige invoer, valideert agrariërs via KVK en maakt locatiebepaling via kaartintegratie mogelijk. Medewerkers krijgen directe exportmogelijkheden. Dit verhoogt adoptie, verbetert dataconsistentie en ondersteunt beter grondwaterbeheer. Grip op realisatie en toekomstbestendigheid Met een duidelijke architectuur, realistische sprintplanning en expliciete risicoafspraken ligt er een beheersbaar traject richting implementatie, gericht op hoge registratiegraad en duurzame beleidssturing.

LINKIT supports InsingerGilissen as a technology partner in the development and continuous improvement of the CLM platform. The solution consists of multiple interconnected applications: - Screening – integration via APIs with external name screening software - Alert Handling – processing of hits and alerts generated by the Screening application - Event Assessment – further handling of (high-risk) alerts, potentially resulting in a full client file review - Compliance – an application in which the Compliance department provides advice on events or client file reviews that may pose an increased risk - Meetings – an application connected to the CLM components, used to schedule meetings and to record outcomes provided by a select committee In addition to the various CLM components, we've also built shared components such as a Content module and the Answer library: a central question library with a global answer store that serves as the foundation for the KYC process.

Het Rode Kruis gebruikt momenteel NEO voor het plannen van vrijwilligers en het beheren van overnachtingen en catering bij grote evenementen. NEO is echter niet flexibel of toekomstbestendig genoeg. Daarom wil de organisatie overstappen op een veilige, gebruiksvriendelijke low-code applicatie. Deze nieuwe tool moet gereed zijn voor het volgende grote evenement in december. De kernfunctionaliteit wordt verdeeld in vijf epics: 1) Gebruikersbeheer (registratie, login, rollen), 2) Evenementbeheer (aanmaken, statussen, formulieren), 3) Inschrijvingen (formulier, meldingen, aanpassen), 4) Vrijwilligersbeheer (inzien, filteren, uitschrijven), en 5) Inschrijvingen sluiten (automatisch of handmatig, meldingen tonen). De applicatie moet modulair, veilig en eenvoudig inzetbaar zijn.
