With the increased velocity of low-code development, it’s only natural that an Application Support & Maintenance service needs to take place. Having that in mind, we have created the Quick Response Team (QRT), a team of OutSystems experts, ready to take over support tasks, new requests, or small projects, maintaining a close relationship with our clients.

Small projects with limited scope

If your applications need changes, add-ons, or if you have a small assignment that doesn’t justify a full project team due to low required effort, QRT is the team for you.

Being a fully client-experience focused team, we’re available not only to fix reported issues, but also to develop new features for your applications. We include in our scope small projects, as well, if the effort falls under a discussed amount of hours. This process, as expected, includes a few more steps of preparation and analysis, where we expect the client’s cooperation, to make this experience as smooth and efficient as possible.

We also include here the scenario where your team needs an “extra pair of hands” during a short period of time, or occasionally. In this case, the QRT is the answer for your need, meaning you would only need to onboard the Team once, the knowledge would stay within its members, and any of the developers would be ready to jump in when needed.

Product focus Support & Maintenance

Being a client of the QRT means you have access, if desired and established in the contract, to our own LINKIT OutSystems products, which means you have access to a more efficient troubleshooting, bug fixing, and development experiences.

If this is the case, our team also handles any support and maintenance needed to our own products, so that your experience isn’t affected by any issues that might occur.
