  Audit &Logging is a centralised platform for observability and compliance, providing a unified service for audit trails and technical logging. It allows distributed applications to record user actions—such as logins, data modifications, and sensitive data views—capturing detailed context including timestamps, entities, and success/failure status. For technical monitoring, it buffers log messages ranging from Trace to Fatal, appending critical metadata like correlation IDs and session info before forwarding them to external aggregation systems like Elastic/Kibana. A built-in bulk processing engine manages high-volume queues, tracking retry counts and batch history to ensure data integrity during pushes. The platform exposes a Service API for seamless integration, enabling external apps to generate tracking IDs and securely submit records. Dit resulteerde in een service blueprint, UX/UI-design en een heldere backlog als fundament voor ontwikkeling.   LINKIT supports InsingerGilissen as a technology partner in the development and continuous improvement of the CLM platform. The solution consists of multiple interconnected applications: - Screening – integration via APIs with external name screening software - Alert Handling – processing of hits and alerts generated by the Screening application - Event Assessment – further handling of (high-risk) alerts, potentially resulting in a full client file review - Compliance – an application in which the Compliance department provides advice on events or client file reviews that may pose an increased risk - Meetings – an application connected to the CLM components, used to schedule meetings and to record outcomes provided by a select committee In addition to the various CLM components, we've also built shared components such as a Content module and the Answer library: a central question library with a global answer store that serves as the foundation for the KYC process.
