That's why we're excited to announce that OutSystems Developer Cloud now offers end-to-end comprehensive web app monitoring and troubleshooting capabilities with automatic instrumentation of client-side elements.
We've enhanced the Traces tab by adding client-side element traces. We also made it easier and faster for you to find and resolve any bottlenecks, highlighting only the most critical traces that indicate performance issues or errors. Additionally, the App Health dashboard now includes intuitive client data visualization, allowing you to seamlessly monitor, detect, and address issues impacting user experience.

The latest version of AI Agent Builder introduces several powerful capabilities:
- High availability for agents: This feature enables high availability for AI agents by allowing you to configure multiple deployments or resources for an AI model, effectively distributing the load between them.
- Analytics: Allows admins to monitor the performance, token usage, and request volume of AI agents.
- Custom AI models: Developers can integrate any large language model not natively supported by AI Agent Builder.
- Custom data sources: Developers can integrate a data source not natively supported by AI Agent Builder
- Advanced CallAgent service actions: Developers can create more customized use cases using new advanced service actions for calling an agent or interacting with a data source.

To reinforce your apps' security, ODC can now automatically patch all runtime vulnerabilities, regardless of their severity. Whether you choose to patch apps using our 1CP process or not, the platform will automatically handle this for you and ensure your running apps remain secure without any downtime.
Following OutSystems’ continued adherence to security best practices, policies, and regulations, the unsafe-eval and unsafe-inline Content Security Policy (CSP) directives are now optional. The previous behavior, enabling the use of these directives, is kept by default to ensure maximum compatibility. However, documentation has been added to assist in the removal of ‘unsafe’ directives within your reactive web apps in an effort to improve the runtime security.
We're excited to announce that managing Application Object (AO) usage is easier than ever! As a part of your ODC subscription, you now have access to insights into how many AOs each of your apps and libraries use at every stage.
With this update, you can:
- View the total number of AOs available in your Subscription area
- Monitor which applications and libraries are consuming AOs
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize your software factory performance

AI Agent Builder: Enhanced AI Functionality and New Models
The latest version of AI Agent Builder introduces several powerful capabilities:
- Function calling: AI agents with compatible models can now intelligently choose which functions to use. Developers define and make available a list of functions for the agent to choose from. For example, functions to query application data, calculate averages or sums, or filter data from a table. The agent will then tell the system which function to call, including which arguments to use.
- Request dashboard: This new quick-start app allows users to query app data using the new AI agent function capabilities. It simplifies the process of extracting insights from app data, answering questions such as, “List all pending requests”, “Which floor needs new chairs?”, “Who is assigned to request 100004?”
- Support for new Large Language Models: We are excited to introduce support for two new models: Meta Llama 3 (8B and 70B), available through Amazon Bedrock.
