You can now customize the appearance of your CSAT widgets, preview them in the real-time CSAT Widget Preview pane, and interact with the CSAT preview by clicking through all the steps—before saving the changes! We’ve also added metrics that can help you determine the effectiveness of your choice of CSAT widget displays and improve your CSAT configuration experience.
