Why do our customers love to work with authorized Delivery Partners? Because they have a track record of experience, combined with ongoing, rigorous training. In other words, the Delivery Partner designation means a partner has a high level of commitment to OutSystems technology, an understanding of its value, industry and use case knowledge and a load of field experience. You can see the proof by reviewing the incredible customer satisfaction scores given to our partners—on display on the profiles in our partner finder.
As part of our continuous effort to drive delivery excellence, the Quality Apps program works with our partners to share best practices and review project implementations—encouraging quality and recognizing the partners who meet high standards when they deliver an application.
The Quality Apps program involves multiple assessments of a single project across different technical aspects, from architecture to code quality to performance to UX/UI and more. We measure the app’s compliance with OutSystems technical best practices. The app is scored by adding the sum of the compliance score for each practice assessed, divided by the number of assessments. The Quality Apps badge is awarded if the score meets or exceeds 85%.
In addition to the score and recognition, OutSystems also shares valuable recommendations, best practices and feedback directly with our partners, based on the assessment. Delivered with a detailed report with areas for improvement, delivery partners are now better positioned to make their next project even more successful.
Every partner who earns the Quality Apps designation will have that added to their profile in the OutSystems Partner Finder, making it easier to select the right organizations to be your strategic partners through your OutSystems journey.
Congratulations to all our partners that have earned a Quality Apps badge: everis, an NTT Data Company, Do iT Lean, Truewind, Neueda Ltd, Providit, Accenture, Accelerated Focus, Noesis, Kiandra IT, Product League, C2S Consulting LLC, Quatronics, and Phact B.V.
