For all the reception call center operators of the various Eqwal ability Belgium Centers. Providing a holistic customer overview integrated with 4 different core backend systems. Ensure a smooth and user friendly interaction and access to relevant data during customer interactions. An Agent also supports the Operators providing them with on-demand customer account highlights and recommendations.

To streamline the onboarding experience and make it more efficient and engaging, we decided to build an end-to-end solution with OutSystems that automates the process and makes it fun and entertaining through a comprehensive platform with gamification and a dedicated universe. The platform is composed by a web back-office used to: - Manage new employees and send invites - Define and manage onboarding paths with a flexible modular approach - Follow-up individual onboarding progress - See various metrics and insights including feedback capture An onboarding experience front-end website that: - Delivers a real user experience set in a dedicated universe - Provides a fun way to get started as new employee - Goes the extra mile to motivate and make it engaging through points, achievements and gamification - A cherry on the top with a real life event set in the same universe Making the start at ACA Group a unique experience.

The Enforcement Team (Handhaving) was using multiple standalone apllications to manage the enforcement cases and all on-site controles. The team delivered a complete end-to-end case management platform with ODC integrated with SSO, SharePoint, PostgreSQL and Governmental services to manage the whole lifecycle of an Enforcement Case including on-site Terrain Controles and audit logging. Resulting in an improved work efficiency, single source of truth and increased data quality. The first MVP already covered about 70% of the full scope and included data migration of the previous tools.

The Asbestos Removal Cost Estimator is a customer-facing solution integrated in the customer's website. This tool enables the customers to create a fast and easy estimation of the cost of Asbestos removal based on an Asbestos Inventory Report. The tool exist out of 2 different ODC responsive web apps. Back-office: Used by the Asbestos team to manage all Asbestos Materials, Bindings, pricing including monthly indexation with audit logging. This App uses role-based access management and is integrated with the customer's SSO through OpenID Connect with Keycloack. Front-office: User-friendly wizard with 3 steps, user help, business logic and pricing calculation formulas. It uses all information and prices managed in the back-office. The user can ultimately generate a PDF of the estimate to store locally. Applicability and features of the tool are planned to evolve in the near future to tackle more use cases and integrate with other systems.
