The solution consists in a compact and scalable web application (PoC) designed to optimize the previously manual workflow for the budgeting process of fixed assets, which was done using SharePoint 2010 and Nintex. The process involves the engagement of a large number of stakeholders and begins with the completion of a form containing all the details of the fixed assets to be purchased. Once the form is filled out, the authorization process takes place, during which the form passes through various stakeholders depending on the nature of the asset and the spending threshold.
