Collabera Digital

This is a support & Maintenance project. Collabera Digital efficiently manages a full suite of services for all 26 OutSystems Applications (including live, sunset, dormant applications) at CCBPI. Our tasks span incident resolution across severity levels—Sev1 to Sev4—escalated from L1 support. We also do quick fixes, workarounds, code changes, and diligent monitoring. We handle service requests, change requests, enhancements, and deployment support. Our proactive approach ensures continuous application health monitoring and improvement. We take care of the knowledge base and enhance applications, ensuring CCBPI's digital landscape remains robust and responsive. Project timeline : 3 years (1st Jan 2023 to 31st Dec 2025)

This application simplifies the process of searching and filtering integration logs by scenario. Previously, users faced the challenge of manually sifting through logs one by one, especially concerning chatbot orders. This daily task consumed significant time, particularly when investigating failed syncs to Magento. With around 900 chatbot orders daily, the inefficiency of individually inspecting each order for log analysis became apparent. Project timeline : Approximately 2 months. Go live : 11th March.
