Originally launched as a proof of concept (PoC), this initiative has since evolved into a fully productive system supporting real business operations. The solution consists of an OutSystems-based web and mobile application for managing and controlling all core processes, complemented by a native Android app designed for use with VR headsets. Through OutSystems, the entire back-office administration and orchestration of the platform are centrally managed — enabling seamless control, configuration, and monitoring of the full solution landscape.
