This project consists of 2 key applications: - Hiring Portal – Designed for the County hiring managers and coordinators to manage the contractor hiring process efficiently. - Agency Portal – Built for staffing agencies to submit candidate resumes, manage interviews, and track hiring progress. We took a process that was done manually over email, and built a portal to automate submissions, schedule interviews, reduce time to hire, and strengthen compliance. We've added reporting and dashboards as well: - Operational Dashboards: Displays hiring request amount, candidate status, and offers accepted/declined. - Agency Performance Metrics: Provides insights into agency effectiveness, candidate success rates, and hiring trends. - Candidate Tracking: Monitors candidates who decline offers, ghost in It aims to enhance efficiency and transparency, bringing a clean and easy new user experience.

    Based on the need to provide better support to retired participants, 2 digital products were developed: A mobile application to be used by those assisted and a Backoffice system to be used by Vivest's business team to power the application's entire intelligent engine. The income monitoring backoffice system offers the Vivest business user some tools for dynamically parameterizing plans in the application, as well as a management system for income exchange campaigns and important reports for data extraction and operational processes.

    To avoid wasting time and have a better response time in the Income Exchange or Income Review service process, Vivest launched a digital product to be closer to its customer. Income Monitoring is an app available for iOS and Android, where users of Vivest's CESP CD plan can monitor and manage their retirement. The application offers income suggestions according to each participant's objective, in addition to providing simulators so that the user can check different scenarios and plan with peace of mind. In addition to monitoring, the APP offers other relevant self-services to the customer, such as an updated balance and a statement of payments received.
