Luvelo is a mobile-first enterprise suite developed for The Luke Commission (TLC), a U.S.-based nonprofit delivering healthcare across Eswatini. Built entirely on OutSystems, the platform unifies healthcare delivery, operations, and logistics into a single ecosystem. Over the course of three years, ITRAC collaborated with TLC’s internal teams to design, modernize, and scale the system, enabling local capability, governance, and long-term self-sufficiency.

Hapi is an award-winning employee engagement platform designed to enhance workforce wellbeing, productivity, and engagement. It serves as a comprehensive, mobile-first solution that consolidates various employee benefits, including wellbeing services, retail discounts, and reward and recognition tools, into a single, user-friendly hub accessible via desktop and smartphone app. Hapi functions as a communications platform for employees who may not have access to intranets and rely on their mobiles for workplace communication. Employees receive rewards and recognition through the platform, making it a vital tool for engagement and motivation. Hapi caters to 4,000+ clients and over 500,000 users, delivering tailored employee benefits while providing real-time HR insights into workforce engagement and benefit utilization. In 2024 alone, Hapi users collectively saved £2.8 million through the platform’s benefits and discount offerings.
