The Simplified Returns application has been created to simplify the process of receiving and processing products returned by customers. The application combines and writes data from 5 different applications into a single frontend, shortening the average processing time with 60% and prevents data errors by removing duplicate manual data entries.

The PoultryChain application facilitates in registering and creating vaccination schemes, financial processing of invoices, realtime insights on the mortality rate and feed intake of animals. The application allows farmers to benchmark their performance with their colleagues, but also provides them with analysis tools to compare previous rounds.

The HSEQ application is designed to ensure Health, Safety, Environment and Quality within ForFarmers. This is mainly managed by a SPPC process where an approval flow by Q and/or HSE is used to allow/block combinations of suppliers, products and producers. To support this SPPC process, the application communicates with SAP, SharePoint and Operra.

With help of the Master Data Management application users can request new materials or update existing materials. With help of a workflow these requests are completed and approved by several users. After the final approval the material is created/updated in the SAP backend systems and (if needed) a BOM is created. Montoring all the steps is also included.

The feedback widget allows users to send feedback about an application using a HTML based WYSIWYG rich text editor and screenshot functionality. Examples of feedback can be a feature request or bug report. The widget can be placed inside a block or screen to allow authorized users to send feedback. An action to handle the feedback will need to be defined.
