This digital application, designed to conduct questionnaires in the lending process, serves as an eligibility survey tool in accordance with the standard questions set by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). It helps in efficiently collecting, analyzing and evaluating borrower data, thereby improving the accuracy of risk assessment and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. With an intuitive interface, it makes it easier to conduct initial screening of prospective borrowers before further processing.

This project aims to manage user access and roles in applications built in related environments, with a primary focus on the OutSystems platform. This application is designed to simplify the process of maintaining and managing access rights, ensuring that each user has appropriate access rights and increasing operational efficiency in managing users and roles in various applications.

PPU provides a solution designed to optimize the management of customer documentation systematically and efficiently. The system serves as a control center in the process of identifying, collecting, and storing to-be-obtained documents, ensuring data completeness in accordance with operational standards and regulatory compliance.

In this project, we provided an automation solution developed to optimize efficiency in customer data management, featuring automatic recording of information, an integrated reminder system, and seamless file conversion capabilities between applications in the operational ecosystem.
