For Scapino for the inventory process we created a backoffice application, mobile application for Honeywell PDA and an API. In the backoffice users selects in a layered structure which products in stock of which array of stores need to be inventoried. Then an assignment is displayed in the mobile application at the chosen locations. Shop assistants carry out the assignment. Lastly, the outcome is collected through the API to be further processed. The benefits • Using multitenancy capabilities, only one application needed to be created for both the stores of Scapino and Ziengs Schoenen. The data are kept seperate, divided per tenant. • With this mobile application, barcodes are being scanned at a location and compared to the expected amounts in stock. Giving the opportunity to check stores on accuracy and to keep stock records up to date. • Through the offline capabilities of the OutSystems platform the inventory process can take place in storages without a good Wi-Fi connection.

For a municipality an application called CVS is built in OutSystems. One of the main goal of CVS is to deliver services and products to their clients in a generic way. Each request submitted by a client of the municipality results in a case in CVS, which then can be processed by the end-users with the correct authorization. We developed the part thats responsible for the process of subsidies. The result is that the end users can process, grant and determine subsidy requests through the CVS application in a secure manner. These requests are submitted by the clients of the municipality. Besides the development of the subsidy process, RISA IT developed as well on the generic part of the CVS application. Some examples of functionalities we built for CVS: - Term monitoring. - Authorization checks. - Holiday Replacement.

A mobile application (Android and PWA) to display realtime sales data. This data is collected through API’s from a range of sales channels, e.g. checkouts in about 170 stores, the Scapino webshop and other online marketplaces. In addition, the app calculates per channel the daily turnover compared to target. One can drill down three levels deep into the realtime turnover per group of products. Also the application shares a top 10 of best selling articles per sales channel. The benefits • The full product database of Scapino Retail B.V. is being written up in OutSystems. • A maintenance application has been built, in which stores, channels, location and relations between user and a group of stores can be arranged. • This application has also been used to introduce the dev-team and IT-management of Scapino Retail B.V. / Ziengs Schoenen to the possibilities of OutSystems and for developing a first draft of a base theme for the next mobile applications in this series.
