Seers are providing consultancy services to update a MedicoLegal's business processes. As part of this process, Seers were engaged to define bottlenecks and form an approach that will streamline and automate manual processes. The goal is to build a platform that will enable them schedule, manage and report on all relevant business processes. This will allow the business to move forward with a scalable Medico-legal platform, allowing real time data transfer and automated workflows between consultants, professionals and patients. The new platform devised by Seers would enable a more reliable, efficient and secure management of documentation, data and reporting.

New Simple Payment Portal (SPP) with legacy system. Development of the portal was done on the OutSystems low-code platform. The IT team built the Simple Payment Portal in just 6 weeks about half the time it would take with traditional development methods.
