Enterprise embarked on a major initiative to improve their customer service delivery and the digital channels. PwC implemented a low-code platform on OutSystems, to create end-to-end journeys on the website, while the mobile app was built using React Native. A comprehensive API layer was created to abstract away the complexities of the underlying IT systems. Nearly 125 different APIs were integrated to provide seamless,end-to-end services online. The project won the OutSystems project of the year award.
