Turning Web Blocks Into First-Class Citizens

- You could have a 2-way sync between a (structure) variable and a we block (e.g. input widgets)
- There was a valid runtime property for web blocks (e.g. built-in widgets)
- Web block behaved LIKE built-in widgets?
